Greg is the primary point of contact for deal structuring and finance.

Karl leads community engagement and operational delivery for 1808. He develops new business opportunities with partners, operators, and local stakeholders, bringing deep operational expertise and extensive relationships throughout the Columbia Valley. His background in municipal politics gives him a working understanding of local government dynamics and how to build effective public-private partnerships. Karl is the primary point of contact for on-the-ground execution.

Jeremy leads market research and absorption forecasting across the Valley, shaping product and land strategy with data-driven insight. He brings a global investment and economic perspective to local development decisions, ensuring 1808's projects are grounded in demonstrated demand rather than assumption.
